My daughter has received tremendous help from Sylvan, and I would highly recommend Sylvan Learning. My child feels more confident with her homework assignments and receives the necessary support and assistance from Sylvan. There are ups and downs, and there is always room for improvement on both ends but in general sense Sylvan has been a lifesaver to us. And my child especially appreciates Maria at Sylvan.
My son has autism spectrum disorder. I enrolled him in Sylvan learning in Vancouver Wa., early part of 2024 after seeing little academic progress in the public-school education he was receiving. Within weeks of enrolling my son in Sylvan I could see a tremendous improvement in my son’s vocabulary, word pronunciation, confidence, attitude in his willingness to learn. He can read now. Want to sincerely thank Maria. She is a great teacher! My daughter truly enjoyed working with her. She actually looked forward to going to her sessions. My daughter has commented several times over the last month how Sylvan helped her to be more confident and comfortable. We would still be with Maria but had to move away from the area. Thank you Maria! You'd be proud of how far she has come.
My daughter has been going to Sylvan since September 2024. She loves to go there for extra help and is doing great! We've seen her skills grow throughout the time she's been there! The Sylvan team is wonderful and I really appreciate them!
