The biggest thank you to Irene and Diane for treating me so well during a stressful testing experience a few weeks ago. My exam was rescheduled from Florida to Georgia the day before, and I had to make the long drive that night. Irene and Diane kept me calm and cheered me on through the entire exam, even though it meant a long day for them. Very grateful for these two!
I still have PTSD because of how badly I was treated there as a kid. My mother should have stayed and observed them instead of dropping me off there.
I tested there for the second time yesterday, and one of the satff memebers was incredibly rude the whole time. After starting my exam I pulled my mask down to adjust it and scratch my nose, and the staff member walked into the testing room and told me that if I pulled my mask down again that I would be removed from the exam room. I had recieved no prior notice or warning of this rule, and she was about as abrupt and confrontational as possible.
