Thieves! Never pay cash! I chose this option and now I’m being ignored about the refund I’m owed. They never have change, so I was told I would be credited. My son ended up not being able to attend and they won’t give me my money back. They asked for more time and it’s been over two months and now I’m being ignored. My son learned nothing while being tutored and still ended up with a poor grade. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Never again

The director of this facility, Catherine, is very rude. She was extremely hostile on the phone. I was never given a day to have my son's assessment done. I only told see you Saturday in a text that was auto generated. No date or time. Then, I was accused of being a no-show. After having a conversation with her, I decided this would not be a place I would take my child after how she treated me. I didn't have a good experience at this location. The director Catherine, is very rude and was condescending with me. My daughter however loved her math tutor. We have found a wonderful at home tutoring for just 10 dollars more. If you have questions don't dare come in and ask at the hour. She yelled me several times and made it very uncomfortable for my child and I. The worst part it was in front of kids and other parents!
