I scheduled an appointment for my son to have an assessment, and unfortunately, no one ever showed up or called. I reached out to the center four different times and was told someone would return my call, but I never received a response. It’s extremely disappointing that the business was quick to take my payment but showed no common courtesy or professionalism to communicate or follow up. Review of Sullivan Learning Center – Trussville My son began attending Sullivan Learning in Trussville in January 2022 when he was struggling to keep up in school. From the very beginning, Ms. Rochelle Johnson welcomed us with open arms and said, “Baby, we will help you get him on track.” And they did.
