Things started off good but the lack of communication when scheduling could be much better. It’s seems like staff and or administrators are overwhelmed or overworked. I tried for 4 days to get a rescheduling for my son but now is getting a run around. When initially signing up online I received non stop promotion calls to sign up. Things can be better hopefully they do improve.
This is a really good center!
My child has been attending Sylvan Learning Timonium a little over a month now, and her grades have improved tremendously. The program has helped build my child’s confidence and ability to work through her learning challenges. I look forward to continuing the program and achieving her academic goals.
We are three weeks in, and I can say the experience has exceeded our expectations so far. Our son does not fight us to go, and he is happy when we pick him up! The enrollment process was straightforward, and we are looking forward to great results.
