Sending my son to sylvan was the best choice I could’ve made. The progression I’ve seen from beginning to now, the care they have, and the patience they show doesn’t go unnoticed. Ms. Geri is absolutely amazing and Ms Virginia is wonderful, they made my shy son so comfortable. Communication is top tier. 10/10 would recommend!
Our family loves our partnership with Sylvan. My daughter knows her facilitators' names. The level of development I am tearfully happy about. The process works and helps.
I was skeptical at first because it is quite an investment, however, we have seen such growth in our daughter since starting. The growth is demonstrated both in the metrics provided by Sylvan but also her school teachers are noticing her improvement. Her grades at school are top notch now. She is consistently achieving high scores. Our daughter never complains to go to Sylvan and I do feel they keep us informed on her progress. Things started off good but the lack of communication when scheduling could be much better. It’s seems like staff and or administrators are overwhelmed or overworked. I tried for 4 days to get a rescheduling for my son but now is getting a run around. When initially signing up online I received non stop promotion calls to sign up. Things can be better hopefully they do improve.
This is a really good center!
