Terrible and unprofessional company. I have been trying to contact Adrienne White and Sylvan regarding the closure of the Downey location because I paid over four thousand dollars in full for tutoring sessions and it’s been over three months and have yet to hear back from Adriene or Sylvan regarding my refund nothing was sent to us regarding a closure or steps to receive a refund.
This location has closed and filed bankruptcy. We didn’t get the tuition refund yet.
We started with Sylvan over the summer to help my daughters avoid loosing all they had learned the previous school year! It certainly worked! So far this school year they have been earning 100% scores on all of their spelling and vocabulary tests! I couldn’t be more pleased with the kind and dedicated tutors at Sylvan! So very grateful they can assist with Homework and test studying in an effective yet fun way for my daughters!
I was impressed with the award winning tutors and their professionalism. They assisted my kids step by step making the learning process fun and easy to understand. The center is great with keeping the kids engage! My kids loved the prizes they received for their hard work . Thank you Sylvan Murrieta 👍
