We love Sylvan. We initially reached out during the COVID period to ensure our child was keeping up academically. Ever since our daughter has started attending Sylvan we have seen so much improvement in her academic motivation, her interest in reading, and her grades. We hope to continue with Sylvan throughout the summer vacation as well.

Absolute worst experience ever. Charged $8,935 for about 150 hours of tutoring. Gave them everything they needed to help my child. No communication was happening between Sylvan and the school, there was no communication between Sylvan and myself. When asking and trying to get a clear cut answer as to what my child was learning I received nothing. The director was then on LOA. Spoke to owner who reassured me that things would be taken care of and that he would do everything he could to get my child where he needed to be. A co... read more
