We purchased hours with the understanding that we could get a refund for unused hours. That was a year ago… still trying to get a refund. When I call, I get through to a scheduling service that is only able to take my details.
My daughter is doing wonderful at Sylvan Southlake and Keller. She has only been going a few months and we can already see growth in her reading skills.
This is our third year with Sylvan, and we’re thrilled to see our child thriving beyond grade level. Now in 4th grade, he recently shared an essay that, as the Director, Mrs. McDonald pointed out in our monthly meeting, mirrors the work of a middle schooler! We’re so grateful for the support and dedication from the Sylvan team.
Sylvan of Southlake has been wonderful so far! We really appreciate the very small student to teacher (all certified) ratio because she gets the personal attention she needs. Plus, with monthly check-ins, it feels like the whole center cares about my daughter and her math! Of course, being a 4th grader, she works hard for the prizes ;) Would recommend!!
Sylvan southlake has been a transformative experience for us.learning programs , online resources ,prep test it’s a complete life changer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my child's success. They've tailored a program that addresses my child's specific needs in math and reading, and the progress has been remarkable. My child now looks forward to their sessions and has gained a newfound confidence in their abilities. Thank you for amazing learning environment!
