A new manager was just hired, June of 2025 and the quality of service dropped off sharply. At my last two appointments the doors were locked, lights off and no one there. I have left 4 voicemails asking about my next appointment and have not gotten a response. Headquarters knows nothing about the situation and is unable to help. I paid them over 500 dollars at the beginning of the summer and I am doubtful I will get any of it back. I do not recommend Sylvan of St. Paul
The folks at Sylvan of St Paul are the best. They helped us when we needed supplemental instructions and have consistently provided fantastic expertise and engaging, caring tutors. They are great partners in helping our son get the most out of his education!
This place is amazing!
My kids liked it but, I’m super angry 😡.They apply me for an after school program from the state which I got approved for it ….But they didn’t tell me they will take it in my tax return. Please tell ppl they will lose their state taxes .
