Seems to have closed without notice. I haven't been able to connect with anyone via phone, text, or email for over a month. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, the door was locked with no indication of closure on the door.

My kids go here and it was great for the last few years but with the recent turn over it’s a mess. No one knows what is going on and they are unprepared at each session.

A new manager was just hired, June of 2025 and the quality of service dropped off sharply. At my last two appointments the doors were locked, lights off and no one there. I have left 4 voicemails asking about my next appointment and have not gotten a response. Headquarters knows nothing about the situation and is unable to help. I paid them over 500 dollars at the beginning of the summer and I am doubtful I will get any of it back. I do not recommend Sylvan of St. Paul

The folks at Sylvan of St Paul are the best. They helped us when we needed supplemental instructions and have consistently provided fantastic expertise and engaging, caring tutors. They are great partners in helping our son get the most out of his education!
