Sylvan didn’t meaningfully help my child. Their approach relies on outdated methods that may produce small, short-term SAT score gains, but it lacks the adaptability students need today. The staff I encountered with this morning were not helpful at all. I came in for tutoring for my daughter and the lady who name I didn’t catch because she was so dry & unwelcoming was a bother for me. Her or the man at the desk didn’t speak or say hello or how can we help you? Stare at me like I had 3 heads and gave me 3 word answers as if I was expected to know the process. I’m giving them a 1 star because they weren’t willing to tutor me for ASVAB which they literally offer ASVAB tutoring on your site. Matter of fact the lady I spoke to forgot her name but she had no clue what the ASVAB was even though they offer prep for it. This lady also said she will reach out to her director or manager. Stating that her manager will give me a call for more information. Well you guessed it I never got a call. So if you are looking for ASVAB help I don’t suggest them

This is a 5-star operation. Did SAT prep online with excellent teachers who relate well to teens for both math and English and increased score by hundreds.
