Unethical organization. Refused to refund prepayment for unused hours worth over $1,600 despite providing them with two weeks' required written notice. Instead of prompting refunding us the money back to original method of payment, asked us to sell the unused hours to other students even though it was no where to be found as an option on the registration agreement. Would not recommend.

Fellow student here, Sylvan has been my support throughout the year and has helped me to better my understanding of math. I love the teachers as they are supportive and always kind, they make sure I understand the material. Overall I recommend Sylvan because it helps not only me, but so many other students as well.

I started attending Sylvan in 3rd grade and have since graduated from high school. Over the past 10 years, Sylvan has helped me so much in basically all subject areas: math, writing, reading, science, AP classes, etc. The teachers at Sylvan are all really supportive and knowledgable, and are open to adapting to all learning styles and paces. I would highly recommend Sylvan to any student.
