Ran by yahoos. Door says hours are 3:30pm-7pm. These are NOT the hours coporate thinks they are open. They scheduled me for an appt at 1pm. While corporate is explaining what should be happening, local calls back and tells us they will be there by 4:30pm or so. Well after the door even says they are open and about 8 hours after corporate says they should be open. They have no internal communication or respect for customer.
Very communicative so far and my son is enjoying his SAT prep tutoring sessions.
