We have used Sylvan for almost a year and have noticed several issues. There is no record or transcript of what students learn. We requested copies of the learning materials, but they were not allowed to be taken home. We also tried to set up monthly meetings with the director to see the class materials. but several were just waste of times because they overlapped with class times so she refused to bring the folder of class materials. They have multiple students per tutor, all working on different things. It was a waste of $ for us.
