They removed my review but basically I was given an assessment for my daughter and told to return Thursday and when I appeared the building was closed and they wouldn’t answer my phone calls. They purposely gave me an appointment date where they knew they would be closed and had me waiting for an hour outside. Disrespectful and unprofessional I hope your staff is better trained or replaced.
Sylvan learning of pasadena has changed my son in a positive way. Jacob was at below grade level. The knowledge they have here at the learning center is priceless. Love this place Jacob seems to achieve his goals he's getting there. Thank you for the patience and enthusiasm each and one of the staff members show very friendly.
Sylvan Learning of Pasadena is LIFE CHANGING and worth every penny! Our daughter has been enrolled at Sylvan for almost a year and the results have been tremendous.
