They are inconsistant witht their policies and will not honor credits that we have remaining. Center director reached out to owner and stated our credits expired after 1 year and. When i checked our previouscommunications she had previously invited us back to use our remaining credits and at that point we were already past the 1 year date she states is their policy. I have been sitting on this for a bit but I had gone to pick up my Boyfriends Cousin from this establishment for the first time. I gave the kids name and they just gave him to me no ID check or calling mom or asking the kid of he knew me. Got home just to find out mom forgot to let them know I was coming and not her. Yall are lucky I actually knew this kid, yall gave a CHILD to a stranger

We did not get to utilize this service as they are NOT equipped to deal with children with different abilities or specialized needs. Do better Sylvan.
