My son Kai currently Benefiting from his weekly sessions at Sylvan learning Academy in Long Beach. He enjoys going and is learning a lot.
The previous owner told us that our hours never expire so we brought a ton of hours. There was a lot of great qualified tutors. Now with the new owner, the tutoring quality isn’t as excellent as before. He told us our hours expire and since we moved, we were unable to finish all our hours before the expiration date. My son has been attending Sylvan learning of Long Beach since last month and we have noticed his progress in his academic rapidly changed for the better. I am very happy and comfortable that my son will be continuing here for the next year!
My child was having trouble in his math class in middle school. He did not do well as an independent learner during covid when the schools were closed down. I tried to help him myself & progress was slow for him. I reached out to Sylvan Learning Center for help. The site director gave us a tour of the center & explained how it works. They did a math assessment & explained the results to me. The director gave us a plan on how we could bring him up to grade level.
