My son has been going to Sylvan for over a year and honestly, he hasn’t learned very much he still testing low. He was supposed to be learning reading and writing and he is still struggling. The staff was always nice and helpful. It’s sad that they went out of business with not telling any parents no phone calls no text messages no signs on the doors nothing. Also, my son has a lot of Tutoring sessions still left.
Been closed for 3 weeks there has been no communication between them. I have called other sites to request for help. Only had 1 response there is no direct number to headquarters to make a complaint and ask for a refund. Simply sad how they took advantage of a lot of people in this time. Also filed a complaint with BBB in request for help.
No stars...the doors have been locked for nearly two weeks! Bussinesses struggle and close ...itz the no notice(Call or Email) & yeah...the stealing of families hard earned money and time! Criminal...thats our nation!
The company went out of business without any notice, went to take my son to his sessions and the doors were closed. No warning, I called several times, no answer. No sign on the door. Even called corporate to speak to someone and no representative to speak to either and services are still owed to us.
No longer in business. Doors have been locked for two weeks now. We still have 400 dollars worth of tutoring. Took the money and ran. What a joke business
