Sylvan has been very helpful for my son! Dr. V. was extremely kind and helpful, and helped set up a schedule that worked with ours. My son was struggling in high school math, and with the help of a tutor there, he passed his exam! The ratio of teacher to student is very low, and the price was reasonable for tutoring sessions.
My daughter started at Sylvan while in the beginning of 5th grade (2022) She was at a kindergarten/1st grade level in general at that point. She has had an IEP in her school district since the 2nd grade. She needed help! I started taking her to sylvan for 2 hours, twice a week, and boy....its not cheap. Ill say this though, she is now wrapping up her 6th grade year and by the end of summer 2024 she will be at the 6th grade level , going into 7th grade. That's amazing!.
