Very friendly. Great with our daughter.
My brother is 11 and he loves going to Sylvan twice a week. They make it fun and they gain points and get prizes for points. He has come a long way in 3 years, everyone is always nice and very easy to work with if you need to change a schedule time they will work you. They work with teachers and schools to make sure your kid is on the right path. We love Sylvan in Lake Park because it is convinced for us.
