I was pretty happy with this place. But after 6 months of doing reading comprehension I asked them to start doing math and they refused. I'm the customer and they're telling me what they're going to do. All I want them to do is start working on math with my daughters and they are making it difficult. I'm a paying customer and if I feel like my kids need help in math that should not be up to them because not only is it my money but it's my kids

This has been a great experience for my child. Everyone has been so great and helpful. We see progress as he works through the program.

Worst experience ever , I began with the motivation of getting my G.E.D and man do I feel un motivated after dealing with Sylvan Learning. Spoke with Brett in which he charged me $100.00 for a registration fee and $50.00 for a one hour tutor to help me with writing. I met up up Elizabeth at the Richland Wa location and seems like I received nothing but criticism from her with comments like "How have you been getting through life without your G.E.D", Like really ? after getting no where I politely let her I'm ready to go. Our daughter has become so much more confident in her math skills. In just over a year, her understanding of math concepts has grown enormously. She even enjoys her time at Sylvan. She looks forward to learning from her awesome tutors! We are forever grateful for Sylvan!
