I would have no hesitation in recommending Sylvan Learning Center. I could not have made a better choice to help my child’s reach his academic goals! It has most definitely impacted his overall confidence. I very much love the overall environment, everyone is very understanding and willing to help!
Overall good service and help raised grades, testing, and comprehension skill. My child went from 3 grade levels behind to her grade level in the 8 months she was with sylvan. The only complaint is sometimes they don't answer the phone. Once I sent my child without her cell phone and I had no way of contacting the people she was in the center with directly. When I called the number they couldn't get a hold of the center. I would like to be able to call this center directly especially if my child is inside
BUYER BEWARE!! Our personal experience is this location doesn’t care about earning new business. Today marks more than a week since we made the payment for the assessment test and our child took the test. I have called Sylvan, which seems to be a call-center (super nice people there) several times they’ve tried to reach out the center Director, but can never reach her, And they have left notes for her to call me back.
