My family and I were not served well by this location. The communication from both staff (Supervisor) Neyelli Macouzet and the owner Paul was horrible and unprofessional. I left dozens of voicemails for which I have never receive a response, and after being sent an email sharing that I should be communicating direct with the supervisor and emailing a response back received nothing for months. We have had a wonderful experience with our son at Sylvan! He is autistic and has ADHD and was behind in reading. We started him at Sylvan towards the end of his kindergarten year and he has made so much progress catching up! His NWEA reading scores are improving and he is showing growth on his reading assessments at school. We had debated if he really needed the help or not, but we are SO glad we enrolled him :) Highly recommend to anyone on the fence or considering tutoring.
