My child had his first lesson yesterday. He is usually apprehensive about reading aloud to new people, but somehow they made him feel comfortable enough to read on the very first day. When the lesson ended, his confidence was through the roof. On the way home he said, "I am so lucky, I met the best teacher today!" My scholar has been attending Sylvan Learning for almost two years now. The tutors there are very patient and truly seem to love working with the scholars. I’ve seen great improvement in both reading and math, and my scholar has become much more independent in completing his work. Sylvan has been my best experience ever! My son happened to have anxiety attacks due to reading comprehension and hated reading. All the team had the patience to work with Matthias and transformed his world!
