The kids played Uno the last 15 minutes of the day the last couple days. I have pictures and videos to proof. I asked my son why they played Uno and he said “ the teacher was teaching someone online.” We pay by the hour and probably 30 mins of it is learning and the rest is playing around and administrative stuff. Take your kids somewhere else if you want your time and money worth it. I really want all my money back because they don’t deserve it.

Our son has been going to Sylvan for about seven months, and we’ve seen a big improvement in his reading. He’s more confident and actually enjoys it now, which wasn’t the case before. The staff has been great—supportive, communicative, and they really tailor the learning to his needs. It’s been a really positive experience for him and for us as parents. Highly recommend!
