I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I first requested a refund on February 23rd. I was told that a manager would handle it, but the process has been repeatedly delayed. I followed up again on March 5th, and since then, I have received no response. During enrollment, I was never informed of any non-refundable policy or additional fees. We cannot thank Sally and the Owner enough for all the help and support they gave us during our transition. After a truly horrible experience at the Pasadena center, I felt discouraged and unsure about continuing.
