The staff and tutors are very friendly, supportive, patient, and positive! The program is well structured and organized. My son improved in his reading skills and enjoyed attending class! I highly recommend Sylvan Learning!
Sylvan Learning of Erin Mills has been awesome. They always followed up re our questions, our child’s progress and options. They were caring and professional. Our child felt the teachers very much below her, were there for her and were committed to her success. Should we need tutoring in the future for our family we will definitely return. My daughter’s math performance has improved significantly in the 2 months that she’s been enrolled in the Math program. She likes her tutor Matthew, who is very supportive and helpful. Ishrat is very responsive to any of my questions and concerns.
Excellent communication, progress updates and customer service. My son receives individualized support that has increased his confidence and ability in math and chemistry. I highly recommend!
