I had a fantastic experience with Sylvan Learning Center when I took my daughter in for testing. The staff was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Next month will be a whole year that my son has been coming here. He was way behind and had trouble with mostly English and some math. Right away Kimm did his testing and she knew right away where he was having trouble just by speaking with him and testing him in that short amount of time. I was really impressed. Now throughout this year she has been assessing him every so often to see the progress & she has even made herself present for the IEP meetings and Parent Teacher Conference! We are so glad that we found this center! Ms Kimm is the director, and she has been wonderful. She easy to work with, flexible, and provides excellent customer service. She is always available to talk about any issues that may arise and provides ongoing observation and student progress. She is my daughter’s favorite tutor to work with in terms of deeply understanding concepts in math and writing, as she has a lot of patience and fosters a very nurturing environment.
