Maria at Sylvan was extremely helpful in coordinating with the ACT testing company to get our son's ACT test proctored. She kept in contact throughout the scheduling process to help ensure that the materials arrived securely and safely and was flexible with test scheduling. She really helped us out of a bind. We entered this program with skepticism, not knowing where we would land and if it would even help a nervous 13yo whom was struggling to keep up and has test anxiety. I wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the team at Sylvan Learning East ABQ! My wife and I had our son's annual IEP meeting at the beginning of March, and every person involved made the comment that our son has been a completely changed kid since Winter Break (addition of Sylvan in learning curriculum).
