My daughter started at Sylvan after beginning 1st grade and being behind on reading. With 3 sessions a week over 4 months, she has shown incredible progress. She has caught up to the rest of her class, and her teacher has been truly impressed. She recently began reading on her own, for pleasure -- this was a change from agonized, assisted reading that we had to struggle through. Sadie and her team are doing a great job.
