Keri and her team are excellent. They’re always willing to explore new ways to support both the kids and the parents. I especially value how Keri reaches out to classroom teachers. It shows me that everyone is working together with the same goal in mind: helping the kids succeed. I appreciate the monthly updates on the progress- it keeps us connected and reassured. We’re grateful for everything the Sylvan team has done. Their support has made a meaningful difference.

Let me start by this was our first experience with formal tutoring. So I was not thrown off or discouraged by price. Well this summer in June we started off with 3 times a week tutoring sessions. Then when school started we dropped down 2 times weekly. Well we continued until our first IEP of this year where my child was found to have regressed significantly. My 13 year old son is loving his time at Sylvan. He really enjoys the tutors and I enjoy working with the director, Keri. I can tell she cares about helping all the kids!
I reached out to Sylvan and from the very first meeting we had Keri & the staff have been nothing but great, super helpful and detailed with my son’s progress.
