This school was a game-changer for my son when he was 8 years old and struggling with his English learning curve. He adored going to school and felt motivated to succeed in his lessons. I went to Sylvan Tues. March 17th @ 11:30 am to take my State Exam for Insurance licensing. The lady at the front with dark curly hair and glasses checked me in. Then sat me at a computer in a classroom to test, several ladies working at Sylvan started talking and laughing very loudly and went on and on. I was struggling to comprehend the questions, I tried some headphones I found (didn't help, I could still hear them. I have been coming to this Sylvan to take proctored examinations for my university. The people who work at Sylvan are very kind. Kiley and Natalie have proctored all of my exams, and they are always respectful and helpful. I recommend this location for anyone who wants to take a proctored examination without the added stress of taking it at a university/ with an online proctor!
The lady with short curly hair (black/greyish) w glasses at the front desk was very rude. She was rude to a Spanish woman before me, because she didn’t speak English. Then she was rude to me, trying to rush me saying I should’ve been prepared for my appointment when my phone was going slow because i had poor service. Just very rude and cold off bat for no apparent reason. Will never be coming back. Side note: The other lady was very sweet. (Education fingerprinting)
