I went to Sylvan Tues. March 17th @ 11:30 am to take my State Exam for Insurance licensing. The lady at the front with dark curly hair and glasses checked me in. Then sat me at a computer in a classroom to test, several ladies working at Sylvan started talking and laughing very loudly and went on and on.
