This staff and team have been more than impressive to me. We have had a huge academic struggle and are seeing some light at the end of this years tunnel for my kiddo purely based on the additional help they receive here. Teachers have actual expectations and rules for students. No tolerance for wasting time or being off task. I highly recommend them and we will continue to seek services as long as they are needed. No question about it.

Update 04/10/2019: John, the director, sent me an apology letter and made things right for me and my daughter. We are giving them a second chance. It's been approximately 3 months now with the new tutor and the new schedule and so far the experience has been great. ************************************* Unorganized and rude. Enrolled my daughter here over the summer for math tutoring. She had a great math tutor for a couple weeks until the tutor resigned and took a full time teaching position. They are crooks and won't teach your child as agreed upon. They can't keep teachers and will charge your account without permission. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
