The learning center and the teachers are amazing. They are really helping my child out and has shown much improvement since attending. I can appreciate the fact that they prefer no phone calls in the lobby. it can be distracting for students if they can hear the noise. There are parents that continuously use the phone and talking very loud at some points. I know that when I used my phone respectfully I was told to make my call outside if possible. The teachers and management at the Clermont location are very nice and super helpful. My son has been going for 3 months and is already showing improvements in his reading abilities.
