Absolutely worst customer service and refund policy ever encountered. Do not come here, save your money for a cheaper, private tutor. They feed your children false information.
Rarely do I leave reviews as negative as this one, but the prices here were outrageous for what our family was paying for. 100 an hour for my children to go through less than 10 problems, some of which the instructors could not even solve. When we asked for a refund we were denied. They tried to sway us at the beginning with buying a prefixed number of lessons instead of buying as we go. Horrible mistake. Never coming here or recommending it again.
