My son really likes to go here which is a huge plus, he's doing all around better at school, and he's more confident
My son was in Sylvan for only 2 months and showed great improvement. He has the confidence to write those summaries now. I will definitely enroll him again if he needs assistance in the future!
My daughter started there in the summer for math help. She seems to learn better in the smaller setting with the teacher at the same table. (It's 3 students , 1 teacher, but often only 1-2 students at various levels). Sylvan seems to have their own tablet software, but she tells me she also always has a paper and pencil since that is how math should be done. As a parent it's easy, just drop her off for an hour a week, and there's no homework (I'm sure if you wanted it they would give it to you). They have been quite flexible... read more
