I had the pleasure to meet with Debbie on regards to setting up my 3 boys, for reading and writing. She made it easy to get started. My boys adored her. Once they started they were a little hesitant to go in, but by the end of the session, I asked them how it was. They were surprisingly excited about it and now when we do go to our sessions they Don’t give me a hard time they’re ready and willing yo go and start learning. They enjoy all of the teachers there. I would recommend Sylvan in Chestermere.
Our son is in grade 2 French Immersion. His reading skills, both in English and French are very rudimentary and we were struggling to help him progress. Teaching him both languages, as parents that are not teachers, was beyond our abilities to help and we were starting to feel defeated and overwhelmed.
