Our daughter was struggling in math last year. We live in Moyock so I started to look for a tutor and there was only online tutoring that I could find. So I called Sylvan Learning in Chesapeake! If you’re looking for a great tutoring option for your child, I highly recommend Sylvan. It’s worth the money because their method not only helps with academic struggles but also inspires a love for learning. The staff takes the time to understand what each kid needs and goes back to fix any misunderstandings - making the approach very unique to each child. They’re always positive and encouraging, which has really boosted my daughter’s confidence in school. Sylvan is definitely a standout compared to other learning centers.

Great Place to tutor or prepare your child for their current or next grade. The staff that works with my child are teachers with extensive experience.
