Took our payment and had us sign an agreement. Then announced they were going to close the facility and no longer offer the advertised and agreed upon services in less than 30 days from the time we signed up. Now they are stating that since we did not send them written cancelation we are not eligible for a refund.
Sylvan learning center is a fantastic place for kiddos to learn and strengthen themselves within their studies. All the tutors we have been great! Thank you for all your knowledge and support Kal and Laura.

I’ve worked at Sylvan Learning Center for a while now, and it’s been such a positive and rewarding experience. The environment is supportive, and everyone here genuinely cares about helping students succeed. I love getting to see the progress students make, whether it’s building confidence in reading, improving math skills, or preparing for important exams.
