It’s only been a little over a month and my child has made significant progress. We were having such a tough time teaching our 5 year old son how to identify and sound out letters. It was almost impossible for him to retain anything or care about learning and it was so frustrating. So we went to Sylvan hoping in a few months that he would be where he needed to be and we are truly shocked at the progress he’s made. Highly personalized curriculum, my son is immersed in the area of study that is needed the most, and not wasting time with other subjects he isn't lagging in. Initially I was concerned that refresher courses might be pushed to make more money, but they aren't worried about making (more) mone. Instead, this learning center is "centered" around guiding the kids in the area(s) that parents feel, and tests reveal the kids need help with.
