I don’t know what it is with this place but they will never respond to your emails or call you back. Clearly they don’t want your business.
dont waste your money and your kids time on this location. response : i brought my kid every weekend for a long while and absolutely received no improvement. I reached out many times before , been ignored .Now suddenly you noticed my feedback and willing to help !!??
It’s only been a little over a month and my child has made significant progress. We were having such a tough time teaching our 5 year old son how to identify and sound out letters. It was almost impossible for him to retain anything or care about learning and it was so frustrating. So we went to Sylvan hoping in a few months that he would be where he needed to be and we are truly shocked at the progress he’s made.
