My son was signed up for tutoring at Sylvan. When I found out, I attended an appointment, and was harassed by the director Theresa for breastfeeding my baby. She refused to share with me any lesson plans, curriculum, or even introduce me to the tutor. She escorted my son into a sound proof room, and then harassed me again for trying to watch. The director (Theresa) and the owner (Marcy) have both refused to give me my son's records, curriculum, or schedule, even it is Ohio law that they must share these with the child's lega... read more
