Did not work for junior HS ACT prep. It's a big group of mostly young kids getting tutoring and not designed super well for college test prep. He took a test & got scores back his month in Sylvan...no one bothered to ask how he did, what the scores were, etc. Seems relevant. Switched to an independent person who is great, "she actually knows the material." All nice people though.
The place is lovely, very well clean and organice, the teachers maintain a peacefully study place, Stacey, the director, is awesome, very friendly and approachable with our questions, inquiries and progress report. My daughter improved a lot during the 8 months she went for support in reading!!! She was happy to get confidence and started reading a grade level!! I highly recommend Sylvan of Ann Arbor, their system works!!! Thanks you from the bottom of my heart, keep doing an awesome job!!!
