Sylvan in Allen has been an awesome experience for our daughter. Her level of engagement and participation in groups has really developed. The grades at school have improved in all her classes and she enjoys going to tutoring. The staff at Sylvan in Allen are very caring and attentive to all of our daughters needs. We purchased the package of hours and it has worked out great for us.
My daughter Leila Ward loves learning at Sylvan. Leila is so excited every time she has to go learn with sone of the best teacher in the state! We will continue to further her successful studies at Sylvan! The Allen location is extremely kid friendly and the staff is amazing!
Please don’t buy the package — they will absolutely scam you if you try to cancel the contract. I purchased the package, which was supposed to include 400 hours. We only used about 196 hours before something came up and we had to move to another state. Now Sylvia is charging us $60 per hour and still demanding payment for the full 400 hours, not just the time we actually used. I’ve already paid $4,000, and my kids are no longer attending. Sylvan Learning of Allen has been amazing for our family! The staff is professional, caring, and truly committed to student success. Our child has grown so much in both skills and confidence. I especially like the fact that every month there’s a progress report with the parents—it keeps us informed and involved. Highly recommend!
