We started taking our daughter here and it has not been a good experience. Three times we arrived for tutoring and the doors were locked and to find out the teacher was running very late and we waited for 20 minutes before we left. We were not told they were going to be late either and didn't get an email that it was cancelled. They are terrible at responding to emails in a timely manner.
