My daughter always enjoys going to Sylvan. It has really been great in helping boost her confidence.
I was charged a fee of $500 after I disengaged with them before a new owner came along...pretty crappy to say the least for stealing from clients! I was called in 2024 that I have a credit on file, and was told to text the new owner (they even providedme a number). Nobody everctexted back. I then called again in August of 2024 and spoke with the owner, Maria. She said she couldn't refund me, but would honor the $500. Update 2/24/24 This location failed to provide corrected eW2s for 2023 and none for 2024. They are not in the app - I have screenshots to provide but it will not let me add. Update 4/1/2024- Unfortunately, all teaching staff were fired when given resignation. My old review no longer stands. Yes, I worked there as well. The atmosphere changed drastically since November 2023. My daughter attended for college Calculus. Thankfully she ended up with an A in the class thanks to Ms.Lorie and Mr. Joel.
