Don’t go for fingerprinting. Had an appointment. Drove in the heavy rain, only to be told that the machine was not working. Can you save me a trip in this heavy rain and send a message, so I can go to a different location? The lady tried to save face by saying try coming back on the weekend. Ma’am, the next available appointment is in 2 weeks. I found another location and had it done within the next hour. Please, save your energy and just go somewhere else for fingerprinting.
Terrible service if you’re coming for the identigo fingerprints. Had an appointment at 10am, waited an hour and they only took 2 people back. Left because it was a waste of time, scheduling elsewhere.
It helped my child connect with his confidence in learning. I noticed improvements and results sooner than I expected. Great job staff for shaping my child learning mindset.
Great learning environment. SAT/ACT Test Prep did miracles for my child. Also, I observed great tutoring for the younger kids during my visits at the Center. Staff was engaged and kids were focus. Clean/friendly learning center. Thanks Sylvan of Addicks 🙏🏽.
