We love the staff and location!
If I could give zero stars I would! This post doesn't have anything to do with the tutors--they're great and do their job; however the management of this site is horrendous and completely unprofessional. I'll spare you the long story but they give you the run around, you the consumer has to call them to get clarification when it should be clear in the first place and on documentation, and make up policies as they go. We've been attending Sylvan for just about a month and have already seen an improvement in reading comprehension based on weekly school reports! The staff and director are kind, caring, flexible, and knowledgeable, and price is reasonable compared with other local tutoring services. Also, we enjoy the added benefit of no homework as all the assignments are thoroughly covered during class time. So happy we chose Sylvan!
This experience for me is the best because as a child I only thought rich people children attended this program..As I mature in life I became a wife and mother and with that life be life’n ok..I’m glad to learn that Sylvan learning center caters to my family needs and the big thing is we’re not rich but guess who son is a part of the sylvan learning family ..Ours so don’t hesitate..This your sign to do it!!
