Eric was so helpful and super nice! I got an enhanced inspection done on my vehicle and he was very helpful and had great communication. Whoever the receptionist is though should be fired. She was incredibly rude, confusing, and unhelpful. I’m sure she’s not a bad person, but maybe shouldn’t be working with the public.
Never even got to get service here. needed a vehicle inspection to register my car as im new to the state. Called to ask if i needed to make any appointment or bring anything and was answered by a very rude woman. She scoffed at me "no he doesnt need to take appointments, it will take 1 day or 1 week we dont know"....the possibility of it being one week is not doable for me...Im new to the state, i dont know anyone, and i cant borrow a car to get to work ect...it's just not possible.
