The facility is always kept neat and clean. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very home-like.

If you are in need of placement in a memory care facility for a loved one, I highly recommend Sylvan Crossings Stevens Point! Managment and staff are friendly, empathetic, and just over-all great! They advocate for the residents and offer so much support to the families as well.

As a now previous employee, please PLEASE if you care at all about your loved ones DO NOT place them in this facility. It is terrible. The food is terrible and cheaply bought. Cares go undone for shifts at a time. Residents are ignored. Staff concerns aren’t listened to and the neglect that is happening is insane. This place needs to be thoroughly investigated.

Every morning at 6 am the employees are out back smoking and coughing and loudly conversing. I've called and asked them kindly to please try and quite down as we have kids trying to sleep in on the weekends and live in the apartment complexes behind the building. Nothing has changed and they're just as loud every day at 6am, coughing and chatting. All we want is our kids to get decent sleep on the weekend and they won't even consider changing their smoking spot. As a tired parent with tired cranky kids I just don't know wher... read more

I have been employed for almost 5 years at sylvan crossings in stevens point. I want family's to know that management truly cares about every resident and making sure their needs are met. The building recently had updates which have made it into a more homey, calm atmosphere! Give us a call and come tour our great facility and see if its a fit for your loved one!
