The building is clean and my husband is well taken care of. If he has any issues they always call me to let me know. The meals are good with a good variety and portion. The staff is friendly and compassionate. Always there if I have any questions. My only wish is that the rooms were a little bigger.
The facility is always kept neat and clean. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very home-like.
If you are in need of placement in a memory care facility for a loved one, I highly recommend Sylvan Crossings Stevens Point! Managment and staff are friendly, empathetic, and just over-all great! They advocate for the residents and offer so much support to the families as well.
As a now previous employee, please PLEASE if you care at all about your loved ones DO NOT place them in this facility. It is terrible. The food is terrible and cheaply bought. Cares go undone for shifts at a time. Residents are ignored. Staff concerns aren’t listened to and the neglect that is happening is insane. This place needs to be thoroughly investigated.
