Amazing yoga/meditation/and dance classes. We did this really healing meditation at a park out looking the river and city view of Harrisburg the weather so stunning and setting was perfect for truly letting go and being in the moment. I would definitely recommend any of there many classes! 🖤🌀☺️
This woman is phenomenal! Her spirit and energy never disappoints. I have been attending her classes for months now and I don’t regret it. Everything from the meditation, yoga, and dance classes were what I needed. I promise you will love her!!!
