Somehow the DOT medical came detached from the CDL in 45 days. Called the doctor for resubmission, and one excuse after another. Can't resubmit after 45 days because things may have changed. So why did you put 2 year validity date on it? You're just resubmitting the same medical. 45 days is something he just pulled out of hat. Medicals can be resubmitted usually to correct errors or mishaps such as this one. Next, he'll revoke every DOT that he did after 45 days because things may have changed.
