They were the closing agents for the buyer on the sale of my house. They made an inexcusable. sloppy mistake and did not get the buyer to initial everything he was suppose to initial on his loan documents. So the lender would not disperse funds and I’m waiting at least 4 days for a lot of money. They charged me a healthy fee for their work and their explanation for their major, rookey mistake? These things happen. Please be very careful when dealing with this firm because they aren't.
True Class from Start to finish with this firm! These attorneys have handled all of the closings of my personal homes and numerous in my real estate career.
